At Oma's Kitchen LLC, we carefully package every jar of our chutney and pepper jelly to ensure it arrives safe at your doorstep.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer—but we always do our best to get your order out quickly!

Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders—check our homepage or promotions for current offers!

Local Pickup (if applicable)
We offer free local pickup in the surrounding Buffalo, NY area. Select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout, and we’ll contact you via email to schedule a convenient time.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout—unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Warm Weather Shipping
During warmer months, we take extra care in packaging, but please be mindful that some products may be sensitive to heat during transit.
